That is the over-all tone of the reviews on John Loftus's book Why I Became an Athiest: A Former Preacher Rejects Christianity, to be released July 1, 2008. Christians and atheists alike are saying it so it must be true. John posts the reviews on his blog Debunking Christianity, which is where I read them.

Back to John's book. According to the reviews, his book tops even the books written by The Four Horsemen, who up till this moment had been the best of the best. John says, "I am extremely humbled, extremely grateful, and extremely excited about the endorsements that will be found on the back cover and inside front pages." And then he cites them. A prominent Christian cited is Norman L. Geisler who says, "[John’s book] is a thoughtful and intellectually challenging work, presenting arguments that every honest theist and Christian should face.”
