The Center for Reformed Theology and Apologetics provides foundational understanding into North American fundamentalist Christianity for any serious student. There is a long menu of online resources, which includes historical church documents written in the 1600s as well as works of the last few decades. Here is a chapter on "The Alleged Errors in Scripture" from a larger work The Inspiration Of Scripture.

Bump! Let's see if this will bring the date for this forum to something realistic. At the moment it shows that the last post was posted at 7:00 pm on Dec. 31, 1969. I do remember that evening so long ago. It might have been 7:00 or 8:00 pm. The full moon was shining brightly. There was high flying clouds but the moon shone through they clearly. I stood at the open door trying to fathom the meaning of it all. I was thirteen years old. I did not remember the turn of the decade from 1959 to 1960; this was the first time I experienced the change of a decade. It was a holy time for me and I wanted to impress that last evening of the sixties upon my brain. That is why I spent a few moment at the open door taking it all it.

The next morning was New Years Day 1970. It was a bitterly cold day with a severe blizzard blowing. We always had church service on New Years Day. Many people did not make it to church that morning but our aged minister was there. He said, "We do not know what this year will bring but we know that the first day of nineteen hundred and seventy is a very cold and stormy day." He died about three months later, and my youngest brother was born later in the same month.
